We pride ourselves in our approach to working with children. Having two qualified Physical Education teachers as part of our team gives us a unique understanding of sport education and youth development.
Our ‘Kids Programme’ is aimed at children between the ages of 8-14 years (Friday 6-7pm) and our Teen classes are designed for teenagers between 14-17 (Wed 6-7pm). We offer the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills, both physical and emotional, through participation in martial arts.
While taking part in our kids or teens classes, your childs co-ordination, balance, flexibility, spatial awareness, self-confidence, and health and fitness will benefit greatly. We aim to instil traditional martial arts values such as respect and self-control, our coaches understand that the main reason why children take part in physical activity is to interact with friends and have fun.
As such, we conduct our classes in a relaxed and friendly manner, helping your child to reach their goals in a safe environment while having fun. Our objective is to help each individual child to develop a STRONG PERSONALITY and to give them the tools and skills necessary to be successful and happy in all aspects of their lives, sporting and otherwise.
