The Keysi Fighting Method is a Spanish martial art created by Justo Diéguez Serrano and Andy Norman. It is primarily a fighting method aimed at modern day self-defence, with a great deal of emphasis placed on training with multiple attackers in a variety of real life settings.

KFM’s trademark is the ‘Pensador’ (Thinking Man) and ‘Pensataq’ (Thinking Man in Attack), which make use of a tight defensive shape to protect the most precious part of the body, the head. Click link for more on keysi -

KFM incorporates training in all ranges and levels including, striking (punches, elbows, hammer fists, knees, head-butts, etc) trapping, standing grappling and takedowns, as well as ground fighting. Another aspect of KFM is the "360-degree" approach to multi-assailant attacks whether standing, kneeling, sitting or lying down.
